Help Center Frequently Asked Questions

To switch from basic mode to advanced mode and gain the ability to customize your position sizes, follow the steps in your game settings. This upgrade allows for a more personalized gaming experience by letting you tailor your strategies and positions. For detailed instructions and additional information on how to make this change, please visit the Advanced Mode section in our Help Center.

You can apply for a loan by clicking on the red exclamation mark icon in the user card on the main page, or the bank icon in the user card in profile. For more information, please go to Loans in Help Center

Trading Blitiz doesn't allow users to repay a loan. Every loan counts against your stats. However, due to our lifetime system, all loans will eventually disappear as you play more games without borrowing.

Change the game option from basic to advanced mode to set stop/limit orders. For more information, please go to Advanced Mode in Help Center

When you have played 50 years worth of games, the first game in your lifetime is removed everytime you play a new game. This is to keep the games in your stats within the 50 year lifetime period. Please see Lifetime System in the Help Center for more information.

You must play 10 games before user statistics are calculated. If you have played at least 10 games and your statistics do not show up, please contact us at support@christitus.com

Day trading has to loop through 5 minutes of data everytime the user clicks on the next button. The animated bars will also cause the game to move slower. You can turn off animations by clicking on the gear icon located on the top right hand side of the game screen and changing the animation option from on to off.
