Welcome to Trading Blitz, LLC (“Trading Blitz,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using TradingBlitz.com (https://tradingblitz.com) or any of its associated services — including our community portal TradingBlitz.games (https://tradingblitz.games) — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use either website.
By using any Trading Blitz platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of both sites, including free members, Premium members, Organizers, and Administrators.
Trading Blitz operates two interconnected platforms that share a single user account system via Single Sign-On (SSO):
TradingBlitz.com is a stock trading simulator that allows users to practice trading with simulated money on anonymous historical securities charts, including stocks, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, and more. Users do not know the name of the security or the time period being displayed. No real money is ever exchanged on the simulator, and the service is for educational and entertainment purposes only.
TradingBlitz.games is a community portal where members can connect, collaborate, organize events, and access community-driven trading content. TradingBlitz.games is a property of Trading Blitz, LLC and is governed by these same Terms.
Both platforms are owned and operated by Trading Blitz, LLC. Your single account gives you access to features on both platforms according to your membership tier.
Trading Blitz is a trading simulator for educational and entertainment purposes only. We do not provide financial advice, and nothing on either website should be considered as such. No real money is exchanged on any Trading Blitz simulation platform.
Premium members have additional access to filtering tools, proprietary trading signals, community Teams, and advanced analytics. These features are for simulative and educational use only and should not be used to inform real-world investment decisions.
Trading Blitz is not a financial advisor and does not provide investment recommendations or professional trading advice. All tools, games, algorithms, trade signals, backtesting results, and platform content are purely for educational and entertainment purposes.
Some content on Trading Blitz — including but not limited to analytical summaries, strategy descriptions, trade signal explanations, and backtesting output — may be generated in whole or in part by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content is not reviewed or verified by a licensed financial professional prior to publication. It may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information, and it should not be relied upon as accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Trading Blitz expressly disclaims all liability for any decisions made in reliance on AI-generated content.
You should not rely on any information from Trading Blitz — or from any other user, Group Leader, or Team Leader on either platform — when making real-life trading or financial decisions. This includes, without limitation, content posted in forums, group pages, team pages, chat rooms, event listings, trading journals, trade signal feeds, team webhooks, and any other user-generated or AI-generated content published on TradingBlitz.com or TradingBlitz.games.
Group Leaders and Team Leaders are members of the Trading Blitz community and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Trading Blitz, LLC. Trading Blitz does not review, endorse, or verify the accuracy of any content they post or any advice they provide. Any trading ideas, strategies, signals, or commentary shared by community members are the sole opinion of that individual and do not constitute financial advice.

Trading Blitz offers the following membership tiers:
Paid memberships are available on a monthly or annual subscription basis, with fees subject to change at Trading Blitz’s discretion. Memberships automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
From time to time, Trading Blitz may offer lifetime memberships to a limited number of purchasers. Lifetime members will receive ongoing access to all current Premium features and may be granted access to future features, subject to cost and feasibility.
Free members on TradingBlitz.com may be shown advertisements, including but not limited to banner ads, interstitial ads, and ads served through third-party platforms such as Google Ads. By using the free tier, you consent to the display of such advertisements.
Premium members are not shown advertising while logged in to their Premium account.
Trading Blitz operates an affiliate program that allows qualified members to earn commissions by referring new paying subscribers. Participation in the affiliate program is subject to separate Affiliate Program Terms, which are incorporated herein by reference.
Some links on Trading Blitz may be affiliate links directing users to third-party product or service websites. If you make a purchase through these links, Trading Blitz may earn a commission. Your purchase price is typically not affected by any affiliate commission.
We encourage you to read the privacy policies and terms of service of any third-party websites you visit via affiliate links.
Premium members may access proprietary trade signals generated by Trading Blitz algorithms. Team Leaders may configure a webhook to publish signals to their Team’s page, where signal results are tracked for the Team community.
All trade signals are for educational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. You are strictly prohibited from redistributing any proprietary algorithmic trading signals on external media channels, websites, social networks, or any other distribution platform. Violations may result in immediate account termination, and Trading Blitz reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover damages.
TradingBlitz.games allows Group and Team Leaders to list and manage in-person, online, and hybrid events for the Trading Blitz community. Trading Blitz provides the platform for listing and organizing events but is not the organizer of any individual event and does not supervise, control, or participate in any event.
Group and Team Leaders who create or manage events are solely responsible for:
Group and Team Leaders who hold themselves out as experts in any subject matter, trading strategy, or activity assume additional responsibility for how that expertise is communicated to attendees. Trading Blitz does not verify the qualifications, expertise, or credentials of any Group or Team Leader.
BY REGISTERING FOR OR ATTENDING ANY EVENT LISTED ON TRADINGBLITZ.GAMES, YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RISKS OF PERSONAL INJURY, BODILY HARM, PROPERTY DAMAGE, FINANCIAL LOSS, OR DEATH THAT MAY ARISE FROM THE EVENT ITSELF, TRAVEL TO OR FROM THE EVENT, OR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER ATTENDEES OR EVENT HOSTS.
You hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Trading Blitz, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, “Trading Blitz Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your attendance at or participation in any event listed on TradingBlitz.games, including without limitation:
If you bring guests who are not registered members of TradingBlitz.games to an event, those guests have not agreed to these Terms and have not provided the releases described herein. As the member, you are responsible for ensuring your guests understand the risks of attendance and for any conduct or claims arising from their participation.
For events involving activities that carry elevated risk, Group and Team Leaders are strongly encouraged to obtain a separate, event-specific liability waiver signed directly by each attendee. Elevated-risk activities include but are not limited to: athletic activities, financial workshops, investment-related demonstrations, organized travel such as group vacations or retreats, and any event where attendees may make significant decisions based on information presented. These Terms are general in nature and are not a substitute for a waiver tailored to the specific risks of a particular event.
Trading Blitz’s role is limited to providing the platform on which events are listed and managed. Trading Blitz does not co-host, co-sponsor, endorse, or assume any responsibility for the content, conduct, quality, or safety of any individual event. The listing of an event on TradingBlitz.games does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement of the Group or Team Leader, the event, or any information or advice presented at the event.
Trading Blitz offers two types of tournaments:
Tournament outcomes are determined entirely by participant performance on the same anonymous historical chart under identical conditions. The result of any Tournament is not determined by chance; it is determined by each participant’s trading skill and decision-making. Trading Blitz does not compete for prizes in any Tournament.
Each member is permitted one entry per Tournament. Creating multiple accounts or using any other method to submit more than one entry to a single Tournament is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification from the Tournament, forfeiture of any prize, and may result in permanent account termination for all associated accounts.
Members who are residents of, or who are physically located in, the following U.S. states or territories at the time of tournament participation are not eligible to receive cash prizes or prizes of monetary value. Members from these jurisdictions are welcome to participate in Prize Tournaments for the enjoyment of competition, but no prize will be disbursed to them regardless of their finish position.

Members who are residents of, or who are physically located in, the following countries or regions are not eligible to receive cash prizes or prizes of monetary value, due to U.S. sanctions law, local law restrictions, or other legal impediments to prize disbursement. Members from these jurisdictions are welcome to participate in Prize Tournaments but no prize will be disbursed to them.

Members from Prize-Ineligible jurisdictions are welcome to participate in Prize Tournaments for the enjoyment of competition and skill development. By entering a Prize Tournament from a restricted jurisdiction, you acknowledge and agree that:
Cash prize winners may be required to provide identity verification and tax information prior to prize disbursement, including a completed IRS Form W-9 (U.S. residents) or W-8BEN (non-U.S. residents). Cash prizes of $600 or more in a calendar year will be reported to the IRS as required by law. Trading Blitz reserves the right to withhold prize disbursement pending satisfactory completion of verification and tax documentation requirements.
Organizers may create and manage Tournaments on the Trading Blitz platform, including Prize Tournaments sponsored by third parties. Organizers who run Prize Tournaments are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws governing prize competitions in the jurisdictions from which participants will compete, for obtaining any required licenses or permits, and for accurately communicating prize terms to participants. Trading Blitz provides the platform infrastructure for Organizer-run Tournaments but does not assume responsibility for their legal compliance or the disbursement of prizes funded by Organizers or third-party sponsors.
Professional investors or businesses interested in utilizing Trading Blitz trading signals for commercial purposes are required to pay an enterprise-level fee. Trade signals can be provided via API to enterprise clients. To inquire about enterprise-level access, please contact us at support@tradingblitz.com.

By submitting content (including forum posts, group posts, team posts, chat messages, event listings, trade signal publications, journal entries, or any other material) to either Trading Blitz platform, you grant Trading Blitz, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content in connection with operating the platforms.
You are solely responsible for all content you post and for any actions you take or decisions you make based on information acquired on our sites, in forums, in groups or teams, at events, or through interactions with other users. Trading Blitz does not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for any user-generated content.
All content, trademarks, logos, algorithms, and other intellectual property on TradingBlitz.com and TradingBlitz.games are the exclusive property of Trading Blitz, LLC. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on either site without our express written permission.
Both Trading Blitz platforms may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. This includes links embedded in community posts, event listings, or team content created by other users.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRADING BLITZ, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF EITHER PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to either or both Trading Blitz platforms for violations of these Terms, or for any other reason at our discretion. Because both sites share a single account system, a ban on one platform may apply to the other.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, including updates to the list of restricted jurisdictions in Section 11. Changes will be posted on this page and at tradingblitz.com/terms. Your continued use of either site after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
