If you are getting more challenge notifications than you would like, you can turn them off in just a few steps. Here is how to manage challenge alerts, in-app notifications, and related email settings.
Turning Off Challenge Notifications
- Go to your account settings.
- Click the Notifications tab.
- Toggle off Challenge Notifications.
Once turned off, you will no longer receive alerts when another trader sends you a challenge. You will still see notifications when other traders enter the Challenge queue (which can also be turned off).
Other Notifications
You can also disable notifications related to the following:
- Challenge Queue - Toast notifications (top right) that let you know someone is waiting in the Challenge Queue.
- Tournament Notifications - Toast notifications (top right) that let you know a tournament is starting soon.
- Site Notifications - Emails from the admin
- Top Traders - Emails with the day's top traders
- Announcements - Emails related to website updates
- Closing Trade Signals - Emails that highlight recently closed trades from our proprietary algorithm
Re-Enabling Challenge Notifications
Changed your mind? You can turn challenge notifications back on at any time by returning to Settings → Notifications and toggling them back on.
